Summary
I am a technical professional with extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering electromechanical systems and machines across a wide range of industries and environments. My work has involved detailing CAD models, large assemblies, manufacturing and fabrication drawings, P&IDs, and producing technical documents. I am intimately familiar with design for manufacturing and assembly, and I have spent significant time in factory and industrial settings, giving me a strong understanding of how designs need to function beyond the CAD environment.
My strongest technical foundation is in mechanical design, complemented by strong education, understanding, and experience in high voltage systems. My education as an integrated engineer has helped me contribute across different technical disciplines.
Beyond design work, I am interested in the broader process of developing and delivering technical products and projects. This includes R&D, product development, supplier and vendor coordination, estimating, project planning, and understanding the business considerations behind the technical decisions. I enjoy working at the intersection of technical problem solving and commercial viability.
I hold an engineering degree and have substantial professional experience applying that education in technical roles. I have not pursued or obtained my P.Eng designation, so I am not a licensed engineer. This remains an option for me if needed. My experience nevertheless has given me extensive practical exposure to all aspects of manufacturing, design, and project delivery. I am primarily interested in technically focused roles, while remaining open to opportunities across engineering adjacent fields, technical business development, project coordination, estimating, and other roles where a strong technical background can bridge the gap between engineering, customers, and business.
